These terms govern your use of andro-prime.com and any purchase you make from Andro Prime.

References to "Andro Prime", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean the above entity.
What We Sell
1 Diagnostic Kits
Home-use kits that test specific blood biomarkers via finger-prick sampling. Available kits at launch:
The laboratory testing is provided by Vitall (Healthy Human Labs Ltd), our testing partner, which coordinates analysis through UKAS ISO 15189-accredited laboratories. Vitall's testing terms apply: vitall.co.uk/terms.
Total testosterone, SHBG, free testosterone (calculated)

All seven markers from Kits 1 and 2
Kits are fulfilled to you by post. Sample analysis is performed by our UKAS ISO 15189-accredited laboratory partner.

- Nothing on this website, in your results dashboard, or in any communication from us constitutes medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, or a recommendation for medical treatment.
- Your results report uses language such as "your results indicate..." This reflects an informational result, not a medical assessment.
- If you are concerned about your health, speak to a qualified GP or medical professional.
- Do not change any medication or medical treatment based on your Andro Prime results without consulting a doctor.
Supplements sold by Andro Prime are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Ordering
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payment
We accept payment by debit and credit card via Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Andro Prime.
How orders work

Diagnostic Kits
Kits are dispatched by Royal Mail, usually the same or next working day after your order. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to UK addresses only. We do not currently ship internationally. Standard delivery is included in the price (no separate charge).
Instructions for sample collection and return are included with your kit. You must follow these instructions carefully.
- Use the prepaid return envelope provided.
- Ensure your sample is registered using the unique barcode included in your kit before posting it.
- Results are typically available within 24 to 48 hours of your sample being received and processed by the lab.
Occasionally a sample cannot be analysed (insufficient volume, haemolysis, transit issues). If this happens:
- We will notify you by email.
- We will send a replacement kit at no charge.
This does not constitute a fault with your original purchase.
Unopened kits: You have the right to cancel your order and return an unopened kit within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Opened kits / returned samples: Once you have opened the kit and registered your barcode, the service is in progress and the right to cancel ends. Once your sample has been sent to the laboratory for analysis, we cannot offer a refund.
Faulty kits: If your kit is faulty or damaged on arrival, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund in full.
Supplement Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your first order. Your first delivery ships within 2 to 3 working days of your order. Subsequent deliveries are sent automatically each month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for part-used billing periods.
If this is your first subscription with us, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Contact [email protected] within 14 days. Unopened products must be returned at your cost for a full refund. If you have opened the product, a partial refund may apply at our discretion.
- Unopened products: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (return postage at your cost).
- Opened products: We do not accept returns of opened supplements for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
- Faulty or damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone else.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.
Intellectual Property
All content on andro-prime.com, including text, images, results reports, and dashboard design, is owned by or licensed to Andro Prime.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this site or our products.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law
Consumer Rights
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply to all purchases from Andro Prime. These terms do not seek to override or limit those rights.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify existing customers by email. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
